Ivette Ivens, a 25-year-old mother from Chicago, noticed a French Bulldog born on the same day as her baby son Dilan.
She knew right away this was a sign.Â
âI saw Farleyâs birth date and just knew itâs meant to be,â she expressed.
The French Bulldog joined the family and became known as Farley. Ever since his adoption, Farley has followed Dilan around everywhere.Â
Because Ivens is a photographer, she has captured this beautiful bond through many images.Â
âIâm pretty sure Dilan thinks theyâre both the same species, as they walk at the same level and are both going through the stage of chewing on everything.â
The two have grown inseparable.
“Farley patiently plays with him and tries not to snore while they both nap.”
Farley also cleans up after Dilan’s messes, especially when it comes to eating!
If Dilan is crying, Farley is there to lick him and bring a smile to his face.Â
‘My little Dilan is a chilled-out baby and he’s always happy, but for some reason Farley really cracks him up. I love seeing them together.’
